June 15th has arrived, or will have when you’re reading this….and it’s time for Play Yarn Dash! Did you sign up?

Thanks for the contest. Started the yarn dash today but can’t get to the Desert Rose website… looking forward to trying again tomorrow.

Hi Teresa – thank you for your kind words…I found out my web host server went down about 45 mins ago. They tell me it will be back up fairly quickly..crossing my fingers

Pretty patterns! And I never would have known of you except through the Yarn Dash.
(I think the problem with changing servers is that changes your “real” address (a series of numbers) and it takes up to 24 hours for the change to propagate worldwide so that everyone who tries to get to “drdesigns.net” is sent to the proper place. Or, in more technical terms…changing servers messes up the DNS…and it takes 24 hours to fix *that*!)

Lol – oh, I know transferring a domain takes a while & can get messed up. While trying to deal with my current host & get my site back up – it seemed transferring would be less hassle. The whole experience was that frustrating. Thank goodness all is well now
